A: In accordance with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Once an order is placed, the item you selected will be delivered as is. Requests to change the product or shade after placing the order will not be accepted.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
This policy is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
